01/ 07 Sourcing
We buy from companies refreshing their fleets, from lease returns and in bulk lots. Every unit is logged the day it arrives and given an asset tag that follows it through everything that comes next.
02/ 07 Inspection
Casing, hinges, screen, keyboard, ports. Every scuff and missing screw goes on the unit’s record, so the grade it gets later is based on what we found — not on a guess.
03/ 07 Hardware testing
Battery, storage, memory, processor and thermals, display, keyboard, wireless and every port — tested one by one, with results logged against the asset tag. Parts that fail are replaced, or the unit doesn’t move on.
04/ 07 Data sanitization
Every drive is wiped, and the wipe is verified, before a device goes anywhere else. Nothing from a machine’s previous life survives into its next one.
05/ 07 Cleaning
Vents and fans blown out, keyboards and screens cleaned, casing wiped down, old labels off. Small cosmetic fixes where they make sense.
06/ 07 Grading
Each unit gets a cosmetic grade based on what we recorded at inspection. Functionally, every grade is the same: it works.
07/ 07 Quality check
A final pass against the unit’s test record before it’s packed. If anything doesn’t match, it goes back on the bench.

Hardware that’s reached the end of its life on your books usually still has value in the market. We collect it, wipe it, and either refurbish it for resale or pass it to a recycler from our partner network — and you get a clear account of what happened to every unit.

The greenest laptop is usually the one that already exists. Every device we put back into service is one less that has to be made from scratch — and when something truly can’t be reused, we hand it to one of the recyclers in our partner network.

Every storage device is wiped, and the wipe is verified, before the unit is refurbished, resold or handed to a recycler. If you need records for your own compliance, ask and we’ll walk you through what we provide.
A — minimal signs of use. B — light marks, fully working. C — visible wear, fully working. The grade describes appearance; every grade has passed the same functional tests.
Yes. We work with dealers, resellers and organisations buying in volume. Tell us the specs and quantities you’re after and we’ll put together what we can supply.
Warranty terms depend on the product and grade. We confirm them in writing with every quote, so you know exactly what’s covered before you buy.
If it can’t be refurbished or resold, we pass it to one of the recyclers in our partner network, who takes care of its disposal.
